Bad news after bad news, challenges at work, problems in life, and still, you keep showing up for others. You listen, help, and care, even when things already feel too heavy.

Caring for others is meaningful, but it can also take a lot out of youโ€” emotionally, mentally, even physically. In times like these, itโ€™s easy to forget that your own heart needs care too. ๐Ÿซ‚

Remember, when everything feels like too much, itโ€™s okay to step back for a while. You donโ€™t have to be okay all the time just because youโ€™re the one people turn to. Youโ€™re not being selfish or apathetic; youโ€™re simply giving yourself the same kindness youโ€™ve always given everyone else.

So if youโ€™re feeling drained lately, let yourself breathe. Rest. Disconnect if you need to. The world can wait a little while, because you deserve to feel okay again before putting others first.
