A case of infected ankle who underwent debridement with large soft tissue defect.After infection control, the patient didn't want to undergo any flap coverage and just opted for Advance wound care in you clinic. Patient now is able to walk full weight bearing with minimal to.no pain of the ankle with a good range of motion ..

A case of anterior tibial laceration with a large gaping wound on the anterior aspect of the leg. Underwent repair of the tendon but later noted slow to heal wound and infection; patient was referred to Bohol advance Wound Care Clinic and underwent serial wound care and debridement until wound infection controlled and the wound healed. power of Wound Care clinic here in Bohol!

A case of excision biopsy that resulted with a large soft tissue defect for over 2 months. noted non healing wound and visited the clinic for reassessment. Proper wound care, timing of dressing , proper nutrition and proper instruction given. 6 weeks after with good wound closure.

The patient is a case of degloving injury caught in a rice mill machine. large soft tissue defect with tendon and bone injury noted. Advised patient for Latissimus dorsi free flap for coverage but patients refused. Dr. Delos Reyes did combination of serial debridement, negative pressure dressing and STSG with advanced wound care techniques . This is the result 12 weeks post injury.
