Therapy can be expressed through art. 🎨
Through our 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗲-𝗱𝘆𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, our learners were able to express themselves using colors, turning simple white shirts into meaningful reflections of their personality and emotions.
Beyond creativity, this activity supported important skills such as turn-taking, following instructions, decision-making, patience, and sensory processing. Each step helped build confidence and independence in a fun and engaging way.
Sometimes, growth happens not only through words, but through colors, creativity, and shared experiences.
