Pumili na ng YAKAP Clinic na nais ninyong lipatan upang maiproseso agad ang inyong paglipat.

In line with this, we kindly advise all patients to check and ensure that they have an adequate supply of their medications prior to the closure.

This is to help prevent any disruption in treatment and to avoid inconvenience during the said period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

📢 MAHALAGANG ABISO

Ang Outpatient Department ng TCGH ay sarado sa Disyembre 15, 2025 para bigyang daan ang scheduled maintenance upang mas mapabuti ang aming serbisyo.

Magbabalik sa regular na operasyon ang OPD sa Disyembre 16. Maraming salamat sa inyong pang-unawa.

ANO ANG PATAKARAN NG TPDH SA BANTAY AT BISITA?

👉PINAPAYAGAN ang isang (1) BANTAY sa:
• Main Emergency Room
• Wards - Medicine, Surgery, Medicine Extension, at Isolation
• OB-CS (Cesarean Section)

PAALALA:
• Bawal magbantay ang menor de edad. Dapat 18 yrs old pataas ang bantay o bisita ng pasyente

• Para sa mga bantay: Ang Center for Women and Children ay may Family Lounge kung saan puwedeng mag-usap ang pamilya ng pasyente.

👉HINDI PINAPAYAGAN ang BANTAY sa:
• OB Emergency Room
• OB Ward at OB-NSD
• Delivery Room (DR)
• Operating Room (OR)
• ICU - Adult at Pedia�• NICU

👉PINAPAYAGAN ang isang (1) BISITA sa:
• Wards (Medicine, Surgery, Medicine Ext., Isolation)

👉ORAS NG PAGBISITA:
• Wards: 10 AM to 12 NN at 4 PM to 7 PM
• ICU: 10 AM to 11 AM at 3 PM to 4 PM
• OB Ward sa 3rd at 4th Floor : 10 AM to 3 PM

MGA PAALALA:
• Ang oras ng pagdalaw ay hindi dapat lumampas sa 30 minuto upang bigyang daan ang iba pang nais bumisita.

👉HINDI PINAPAYAGAN ang BISITA sa:
• Operating Room
• Delivery Room
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit ( NICU)
