Urological Association of Asia (UAA) is finally coming to Manila on Sept 10-13, 2026!!!! As the flag was passed on by President Jqcob See-Tong Pang I was overhelmed with pride and eagerness to receive it in behalf of the Philippine Urological Association which has been waiting and rallying to hold it for the past 22 years.
Finally and about time, members of 30 National Urology Associations across Asia will converge in our country for the first time since the UAA was formed. This marks the achievement of a collective group of like minded professionals who actively seek out ways to lead and revolutionize urology in the local and international scene. The UAA26 Organizing Committeee and the PUA Executive Committee have been working on this for years starting in 2019 when we failed in our first attempt. This did not deter the group who stayed focus on the goal and eventually securing UAA2026 after 3 more hard fought tries. They were there from conception to inception of this endeavor and through its highs and lows. The same team that will set the new bar for this annual event.
