Jose started out as a Certified Personal Trainer in Canada and over the years has learned how to mix the art and science of well-being.
With over a decade of experience in holistic health and lifestyle, Jose then decided to come back home to the Philippines in 2017 and applied his knowledge and skills, where he had to learn, practice, and teach the power of habits and how to break bad habits while creating good habits.
He motivates his clients with personalised programs but at the same time holds them accountable to reach their goals with proven scientific methods and tools.
With perseverance and determination to succeed in his field, Jose then started own his company, Holistic Fitness Ph, with some of the top fitness professionals from different fitness backgrounds.
Since then, Jose has then shifted his time and energy into Corporate Wellness and Employee Engagement Events.
