📍 Center for IDEAS at the CAMP Career Expo & Professional Networking Event

We had the wonderful opportunity to join the CAMP Career Expo at UP Manila—our very own alma mater!

T. April (our clinical director) and T. Lianne (our HR officer) was joined by T. Miguel, one of our new teachers who brought his infectious warmth and energy to connect with everyone we met. Our team got to talk to UP CAMP’s stellar graduating batch of BS Speech Pathology, BS Occupational Therapy, and BS Physical Therapy students.

We loved hearing their questions, sharing our experiences, and introducing them to our team vision: launching PEOPLE to their highest potential. 🚀

Events like these also keep us grounded and inspired. The career expo allowed us build stronger partnerships with fellow clinic owners and refine the way we welcome future therapists into the field.

We also had the pleasure of seeing some familiar faces! We met with our current teachers—T. Nina, T. Hannah, and T. Dulce—actively engaging through their other clinic affiliations. 🩷

Another bonus was we got to catch up with our former colleagues, T. Hannah and T. Guia, now serving as department heads for Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy. We are deeply thankful for their lasting guidance and root for them as they grow in their leadership roles in the academe.

Here’s to creating more meaningful connections, supporting the next generation of therapists, and continuing to collaborate with professionals in the field—a commitment we’ve upheld for the past 14 years. 💛

Honored to have welcomed the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) to Center for IDEAS 💡

Hon. Rowena Arao-Ynion and Mr. Ronan Manuel from the Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Board visited us for a site inspection.

This was a valuable opportunity to show how our team works together to provide safe, ethical, and high-quality therapy for every child and family we serve.

We also had productive discussions on continuing professional development and maintaining full compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The Center for IDEAS team is grateful for the positive feedback and we remain committed to providing therapy services that Filipino families can trust. 💙

From student to colleague—what a full-circle moment! 🎉

Simon recently completed his work immersion program with us, exploring his future job prospect as an occupational therapy professional. Shadowing his former teacher and observing sessions at Center for IDEAS gave him firsthand experience of the field.

But his role went beyond just observing—Simon helped maintain a safe environment for our young kids, assisted therapists, organized spaces, and even supported younger students when needed.

💡 Years ago, with T. April in occupational therapy and T. Erika and T. Deanne in speech therapy, Simon strengthened his executive functions and communication skills. Good collaboration with family, school, and intervention partners was instrumental too!

💡 This time, we welcomed him as a teammate—sharing feedback, work insights, and even a few tips on adulting.

We’re so proud of you, Simon! Wishing you all the best in your journey ahead. 💙
