Ang pinakamahirap na part ng pagiging magulang ay ‘yung gusto mong tulungan ang anak mo, pero hindi mo alam kung paano dahil hindi kayo magkaintindihan. 💙

Isa sa mga SMLC mommies natin ang nag-share ng kanyang journey kay Chelsea. Dati, puno ng frustration at tantrums dahil sa hirap ng communication. Pero dahil sa tiyaga at pagmamahal ni Teacher Angel, unti-unti nang nagbabago ang lahat.

Ngayon, hindi na siya laging iyakin. Mas expressive na siya at ang nakaka-proud pa—nagiging independent na! ‘Yung simpleng pagligpit ng sariling plato pagkatapos kumain, napakalaking panalo na para sa isang magulang.

Saludo kami sa ating mga "super teachers" gaya ni Teacher Angel na hindi sumusuko para sa kinabukasan ng ating mga anak.

Did you know? Since 1996, the Philippines has dedicated the third week of January to National Autism Consciousness Week, as mandated by Presidential Proclamation No. 711.

This year marks the 30th Anniversary, and SMLC is proud to support the nation in the theme: "Mula Kamalayan Tungo sa Gawa: Pag-unlad ng Autism-OK Philippines." 🧩
