I could only manage 2-3 CN+CE a day so my figures didn't change much.
2015年12月的指數:因為每天只喝2-3次大白小紅,所以一年下來指數進步不大。

Upon GM Edward's encouragement, I started 6 CN+CE & 6 scoops VPP from Aug 2016. My figures improved much faster.
2016年12月的指數:受到吳總鼓勵,2016年8月開始我每天喝大白小紅6次、素蛋白至少6匙,到12月我的指數明顯進步了。
