Ways to lessen mental fog, handle stress better, and feel happier overall?

EAT FIBER. And lots of it!

The gut-brain axis has been studied time and time again. Our gut and its health contributes not only to better digestion but also mental clarity, improved focus and concentration, overall good mood and disposition, and it helps regulate our immune system.

With everyone getting sick left and right- this is the most no brainer great habit to practice consistently.
