In line with this celebration, we will be distributing free condoms and special freebies in selected areas around Taguig City.

What a celebration!

While the music played and the crowd danced, we also took a powerful step for public health. During Sayaw Yanig sa Taguig, we offered FREE HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B testing because protecting our health is just as important as celebrating our culture.

This is more than just a dance event it’s a movement for awareness, prevention, and community care. By bringing health services into spaces of joy and culture, we show that wellness is for everyone, everywhere.

In partnership with the City of Taguig Sports Development Office and the Sangguniang Kabataan of Palingon-Tipas, we successfully conducted a two-day FREE HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B screening during the ongoing Intra- volleyball league.

This initiative brought together the power of sports and public health advocacy providing athletes, youth, and community members with accessible testing services in a safe and supportive environment. By integrating health programs into local events, we aim to break down stigma, promote early detection, and encourage proactive care for everyone.

We extend our gratitude to our partners and the dedicated volunteers who made this possible. Together, we are building a healthier, more informed, and empowered community.

We successfully conducted a basic lecture on HIV, AIDS, and other sexually transmitted infections among Grades 7 to 10 students of Pitogo High School. The activity aimed to promote awareness, prevention, and responsible decision-making by providing accurate and age-appropriate information.

Topics discussed included modes of transmission, prevention strategies, stigma reduction, and the importance of early testing and treatment. The session encouraged open discussion and helped strengthen students’ understanding of sexual health and personal responsibility.
