We started AV108 with a simple mission: to make Ashtanga Yoga more accessible — less intimidating, more human, and something you can genuinely meet where you are.

Over the last 13 years, our training space has become more than just learning sequences and techniques. It’s become a place where people feel safe to truly listen to their body — to try again, laugh, wobble, rest, and grow in their own way.
