During our Access BARS class, ningbalik jud sakoa ang first conversation namu when he had his 1st session with me 2yrs ago..

“How was it?” i asked right after the session.

And he said, “well, nothing happened.” Labi na ky gi-ambush ra xa saiyang wife na ipa-BARS xa.

“Okay. We just finished our session. Just observe it for couple of days or weeks.” i answered.

And true enough, he was so ecstatic days after saying “I WANNA COME BACK AGAIN, it helps me clear my mind.” Also, Grabeh daw ang changes saiya. Mamanage na nya iyang emotion and ang mga ng open na possibilities. 🤭

From there, balik-balik na xa for sessions, until eventually… his wife became a practitioner too.

Fast forward two years later, and here he is again, now sitting in front of me, learning Access BARS himself. The very thing he once doubted. The very thing he once thought, “murag walay nahitabo.”

How does it get any better? 🤭✨

This is the beauty of BARS.

It doesn’t always come with fireworks. Sometimes, it works quietly. Subtly. Like clearing static from the mind. Like creating space where you didn’t know you needed one.

And then one day, you just notice… you’re calmer.
Clearer. More capable of choosing.

And before you know it, you’re not just receiving BARS anymore, you’re choosing it.
Learning it. Becoming it.

That quiet unfolding? That’s where the possibilities lives. ✨🤭

I am so, so proud of you for always choosing YOU. 🥹
Maskin kapoi. Maskin sakit. Maskin balde2x nga luha na imung nahilak. You still chose you.

From BARS sessions, Body processes, facilitation, TTTE clearings, to joining Access BARS class, to rewiring classes, to Jumpstart class, to Foundation Class, to FamCon, and today you’re now stepping into Shamanic class…😭😭😭

Each step wasn’t just learning..it was you saying, “Enough na ni.. I choose to heal.”

You didn’t just heal yourself. You went deeper healing generational traumas, old wounds, silent pain carried by your lineage. I am so proud of you for breaking the cycle, for choosing awareness where others survived in silence, and for healing it not just for yourself, but for those who came before you… and those who will come after. You’re damn brave. 😭🥹

I still remember when you said:
“I am lost. I have nowhere to go. I’ve tried to end my life so many times. I don’t know why I’m still here. It feels like a dead end.”

And yet… here you are. Still breathing. Still standing. Still choosing life. Not because everything made sense.. but because some part of you refused to give up.

Now look at you. Healing bits and pieces you didn’t even know needed healing. Coming home to yourself, slowly, gently, honestly.

This is not just healing. This is courage. This is devotion. This is you choosing life again and again.
And I’m so damn proud of you.

How does it get any better than that? 😭✨
What else is truly possible now? ✨

I always hear her say…

“There’s nothing left for me here. I am lost. Dead end na for me.” 🥹

And makita jud nako..how dull and helpless her eyes were. They were screaming for guidance. Full of questions. Full of unspoken hope.

So I told her, gently,

“Hmmmm… mag-overhaul ta nimu.”

We started the work. And she just really trusted all the process.

I ran her BARS, body processes, a lot of facilitation and clearings, soulmap, move some energy for her, she also joined some of my classes. And slowly.. something shifted.

I saw her falling in love with life again. Her eyes began to light up. Full of warmth. Full of curiosity.
Full of enthusiasm for her dreams and passions. 🥹

Possibilities opened. New projects appeared.
A new career path was offered.

What else is possible? 🥹✨

Last night, she told me something that left me in awe. they’re opening a new company.

And I just sat there, amazed. Not because of the company…but because of how far she had come. Wala pa gani nako xa na-shamanic huh, pero grabeh na.

So I told her:

“Humana ko’g overhaul nimu and let’s not lose this. Setting GPS na ta. I-one-on-one taka ani.”

Because when someone remembers who they are,
they don’t need saving..they need direction, clarity, and space to choose.

And sometimes, all it takes is one safe moment
for life to open again.

I’m grateful that I get to be part of that..creating space, listening, and allowing people to meet themselves gently. ❤️

Nothing grand. Just presence. And somehow, that’s enough for things to begin moving again. ✨

“I am happy you are falling in love with the world,
with life, and with yourself again. You deserve everything.”❤️🥹

“After BARS session last time mam ky na-settle jud ang 2 million mam ayyy karemember ka atu na mao to gihilakan nako jud saimu. tapos nabuntiz pa jud ko mam after 8yrs of trying. Karun 7mos na tawon si baby. Akong negoxio ky ningdako jud mam, ginadugok ug mga tao jud.. si partner nako after pud sa session ky PNP na pud karun na dugay na jud baya nya’g try.. basta mam oiii grabeh ang nabuhat sa BARS jud samua.” Ana xa.. ❤️🥹

😭😭😭😭😭 speechless koooooo. Basta Lord oi, salamat kaau sa BARS. 😭😭😭😭😭😭

While facilitating the Access BARS class, I saw their excitement and falling in love with life again. Their eyes and smiles kay lahi ra jud. Seeing them choose to be a GIFT after surviving depression, anxiety, and panic attacks…
grabe ka-amazing jud. 🥹

Kana bitaw pag-abot nila sauna sakoa.. you can literally feel their nervous system na naga-breakdown. maskin sila sa ilang kaugalingon, naglisud na. Ma-overwhelm sa palibot. Mahadluk mudrive. Mahadluk ug tao.
Dili na makawork. Stressed. Lost.
Wala kabalo asa magsugod.

Anxiety literally ate them alive. And panic attacks?
Everyday nga struggle. Walay pahulay.

But with the series of processes, ni-ease ang mind.
Ni-kalma ang body. Ni-balik ang clarity. Nakalingkawas na sila atu hell.

And karun, here they are.. choosing to be practitioners. Not because they’re perfect,
but because they know how dark it can get…
and they want their families to experience
what they are now experiencing, the ease, the joy and the lightness of living again

Sometimes, the most powerful messengers of ease
are the ones who once struggled the most.

They don’t just understand pain..they’ve lived it.
And when they finally find ease, we choose to be the gift.

And honestly? That kind of transformation
will always move my heart. ✨
