Patient's Case: Lipoma lumbar area

Procedure: Excision of lipoma

A lipoma is a slow-growing, benign fatty tumor, usually appearing as a soft, painless, and movable lump just under the skin, often on the neck, shoulders, back, or limbs. They are typically small (under 2 inches) but can grow larger, rarely causing pain unless they press on nerves or contain blood vessels.

When to Seek Medical Advice:

Although lipomas are harmless and non-cancerous, it is important to have any new, growing, or, in particular, hard or painful lump evaluated by a healthcare professional.

Warning signs to watch for include:

➡️Rapid growth in size.

➡️Pain, tenderness, or inflammation.

➡️The lump feels hard or immobile.

If you have such symptoms, consult a doctor. You may book an appointment at:

Patient's Case: Sebaceous Cyst, Infected Cellulitis L portal thigh

A sebaceous cyst, also known as an epidermoid cyst is a benign, slow-growing lump beneath the skin, typically filled with a thick, oily substance. These cysts often appear on the face, neck, and trunk, but can occur anywhere on the body. While usually painless and harmless, they can become infected or inflamed, causing pain and discomfort.
