November 17-18, 2025, due to system update.

There will be no LOA releasing on these dates.
So if you have plans for consultations on November 17 & 18 2025, you may request LOAs now until 6:36pm.

Otherwise, you may process reimbursements of your Medical availment or you may request an approval to the facility to follow the LOA on Wednesday.
