Certified Nursing Aide or Nursing Assistant program (or equivalent).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and respect for patient dignity.
Good time management and ability to handle multiple patients.
Availability to work during evening shifts, weekends, or holidays if needed.
