โMatigas ulo ko NOON. Porket may trabaho at may pera, hindi ko inalagaan sarili ko in a healthy way. I eat a lot, kahit ano yan, and i drink coffee, brewed coffee a lot. i eat kahit gabi na and then matutulog after. i take softdrinks a lot and other sugary juices. Walang bawal. Until
* i had chronic Gerd or Acid Reflux
* i had gallstones na dati . 6 and . 8 cm lang pero lumaki ng lumaki hanggat nadurog durog
* my diabetes and hypertension worsens
* i developed peripheral neuropathy
in 2022, nawalan ako ng work kasi need ko asikasuhin muna sarili ko. nagpa opera ako at nagpatanggal ng Gallstones. akala ko ok na lahat after, but i find it so hard to recover. Hindi ako makakain ng maayos, na depress ako and sobra overthinking ko. bawat kirot, bawat kibot, kung ano ano iniisip ko. hahahaha.
Until a friend told me to try Sante Barley again. Yes again, kasi nag try na ko wayback 2020 pero i dont take it seriously. umiinom lang ako pag gusto ko, most days mas gusto ko magpasaway. haha. But in 2024 kung kelan halos i surrender ko na lahat, a friend encouraged me to take Sante Barley with my heart. So I did. I started taking Sante Barley EVERYDAY, no skipping. UNTIL TODAY
and the rest is history. it was a dramatic 360 turn around from my 2022. it gave me hope, energy and my faith is restored that I can again do All things as long as I believe in Him and make my own efforts to decide to take care of my health again with Sante Barley. i look healthy now, i feel healthy and so energetic nakakapag hiking na nga ako, dati nde ako makalakad.
that's why now, i made it a mission to help others din by guiding them on how to take care of themselves with the right choice and a strong will.
