The recent earthquake reminded us how unpredictable disasters can be — but being prepared makes all the difference. As future healthcare professionals, it’s our duty not just to care for others but also to prioritize our own safety.

When the ground shakes, remember the golden rule: 𝘿𝙍𝙊𝙋, 𝘾𝙊𝙑𝙀𝙍, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙊𝙇𝘿 𝙊𝙉!
✅ Drop to your hands and knees to avoid being knocked over.
✅ Cover your head and neck under a sturdy table or desk.
✅ Hold on until the shaking stops.

If you’re indoors, stay there. If you’re outdoors, move to an open space away from buildings, poles, or trees. And if you’re in a vehicle, stop safely and wait until the tremors cease.

Let’s all stay calm, alert, and ready because safety always comes first. 💪

In preparation for the much-awaited 𝓑𝓘𝓖𝓚𝓘𝓢 𝓘𝓷𝓽𝓻𝓪𝓶𝓾𝓻𝓪𝓵𝓼 2025, the Medics Club gathered for a productive organizational meeting filled with collaboration, dedication, and unity.

With 80 members present out of 230, the meeting became a strong platform to share insights, align goals, and strengthen camaraderie. Together, we are committed to building stronger bonds and ensuring that our participation in BIGKIS 2025 will reflect the spirit of excellence, teamwork, and service that defines the Medics Club. 🤝💙

As we move forward, we carry with us the shared vision of making BIGKIS 2025 not just a competition, but a celebration of talent, resilience, and unity among student organizations. 🌟
