This was my first ever Diwali in Goa, India 2020
during the lockdown. All smiles and beaming, trying to flex my DIY Rangoli, using colorful powders from the local market and my trusty stick! Lighted diyas with oil dipped wicks. Indian Goddess card pull. Went to a nearby Lakshmi temple, bought some indian sweets and of course, fireworks! 🎇

Fast forward to 2025, my 2nd Diwali in Kerala, where they don’t celebrate it much. I remember last year, we drove around to find a spot and end up setting off fireworks somewhere along Kappil beach. Let’s see where it leads us to this time. Sending love and light to you all 🫶🏻
