We all love a good dessert, pero kapag sobra ang sugar intake, maaari itong maging daan sa high blood sugar.

Remember, simple sugars like cakes and halo-halo can cause a sudden spike sa sugar levels.

Hindi naman bawal ang rice o pasta, pero everything should be in moderation.
