ASK TGH – Alalay sa Kapwa Patient Navigator

Sa Talavera General Hospital, naniniwala kami na ang malasakit ay isa sa pinakamahalagang bahagi ng tunay na serbisyo sa pasyente. Sa pamamagitan ng ASK TGH – Alalay sa Kapwa Patient Navigator, sinisiguro namin na walang pasyente ang maglalakbay nang mag-isa.

Ang ating mga Patient Navigators ay handang tumulong, gumabay, at umalalay sa bawat pasyente na nangangailangan ng tulong at direksyon. Ang simpleng pagtulong at pakikinig ay nagbibigay ng ginhawa at pag-asa sa oras ng pangangailangan.

Totoo nga, to help one person might not change the whole world, but it can change the world for that one person.
Kaya salamat sa ating mga navigators — sa inyong malasakit, tulong, at puso para sa kapwa. Dahil sa inyo, nagiging mas magaan at mas makabuluhan ang karanasan ng ating mga pasyente sa TGH.
