In celebration of Women’s Month 2026 and Guidance Awareness Days, Talibon Polytechnic College successfully held a Seminar Series promoting awareness, respect, and well-being within our community on March 18, 2026 held at Pres. Carlos P. Garcia Multipurpose Center, Poblacion, Talibon, Bohol.

Participants are representatives from various courses and year levels of TPC actively joined the event, making the discussions more engaging and meaningful.

The seminar featured insightful discussions from our distinguished speakers:
• Ms. Ellen Arquita-Magallanes – Anti-VAWC and Safe Spaces Act
• Dr. Ralph Amadeus Evangelista – Managing Sexual and Risky Behaviors and Sexual Health

The program began with a meaningful welcome message from College President, Dr. Stanley Clark M. Dipay, who emphasized the importance of respecting all individuals regardless of culture, background, or s*x.

This initiative was made possible through the efforts of the GAD Office, headed by Mr. Ariel Cleopas, and the Guidance and Counseling Center, led by Ms. Gressa Ann M. Apale.

Together, we continue to foster a safe, inclusive, and informed academic community.

Please be guided by the following schedule:

Monday to Thursday – Entrance examination/admission test and regular office operations

Friday – Office closed (no transactions)

Saturday – Entrance examination/admission test only

Kindly plan your campus visits and transactions accordingly.

Please check the list below for your Sequence Number. The schedule for the Program Level Screening is also posted below by course. Kindly review the schedule carefully.

All applicants who passed the entrance examination are required to visit the Guidance and Counseling Center of TPC first on their scheduled date before proceeding to their respective program screening.

• Valid ID
• Photocopy Report Card of available quarter grades

Talibon Polytechnic College successfully conducted a Gender Sensitivity Training session for its employees on March 17, 2026, at the TPC AVR, in celebration of Women’s Month 2026 and Guidance Awareness Days.

The program began with a welcome message from College President Dr. Stanley Clark M. Dipay, who encouraged participants to “empty their cups” — embracing the mindset to learn, relearn, and continue learning in the pursuit of inclusivity.

The College extends its sincere appreciation to the resource speaker, Mr. Alcris C. Napuecas, RSW, for highlighting the importance of respect for all individuals, regardless of gender.

This activity was facilitated by Mr. Ariel Cleopas, GAD Focal Person, in collaboration with the Guidance Team headed by Ms. Gressa Ann M. Apale.

Additional Information:
📍 There will be limited slots per hour.
📍 FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE (No slot reservation).
📍 Test takers must arrive 30 minutes before their preferred exam schedule.
📍 Bring your own Mongol #2 pencil and ballpen.
📍 Wear proper attire: No shorts, sleeveless tops, slippers, ripped jeans, or revealing clothes. Please dress neatly and appropriately for an academic setting.
