Please be guided by the following schedule and requirements for the signing of clearances:

🔹 For All Undergraduate Students
Starting April 16, 2026
🕙 Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN
🕒 Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
• Individual Inventory
• Instructor’s Evaluation

🔹 For Graduating Students
Starting April 20, 2026
🕙 Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN
🕔 Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (if not a 4-day work-week)
4:00 PM – 6:20 PM (during a 4-day work-week)
Requirements:
• Individual Inventory
• Instructor’s Evaluation
• Attendance in the following:
-Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS)
-Mock Interview
-Job Fair
• Exit Interview (google form & face-to-face interview)

What This Means?
You passed the entrance exam 🎉
You are now qualified for Program Level Screening (next step in admission)

What You Should Do?
1. Find your Sequence Number
Check the attached list to confirm your number.
2. Check your screening schedule
Look for your course/program and note the exact date and time.
3. Go to the Guidance and Counseling Center first
Before your program screening, you are required to visit the Guidance and Counseling Center of TPC on your scheduled date.
4. Prepare your enrollment requirements
Bring all required documents listed on their official page of Talibon Polytechnic College.

In celebration of Women’s Month 2026 and Guidance Awareness Days, Talibon Polytechnic College successfully held a Seminar Series promoting awareness, respect, and well-being within our community on March 18, 2026 held at Pres. Carlos P. Garcia Multipurpose Center, Poblacion, Talibon, Bohol.

Participants are representatives from various courses and year levels of TPC actively joined the event, making the discussions more engaging and meaningful.

The seminar featured insightful discussions from our distinguished speakers:
• Ms. Ellen Arquita-Magallanes – Anti-VAWC and Safe Spaces Act
• Dr. Ralph Amadeus Evangelista – Managing Sexual and Risky Behaviors and Sexual Health

The program began with a meaningful welcome message from College President, Dr. Stanley Clark M. Dipay, who emphasized the importance of respecting all individuals regardless of culture, background, or s*x.

This initiative was made possible through the efforts of the GAD Office, headed by Mr. Ariel Cleopas, and the Guidance and Counseling Center, led by Ms. Gressa Ann M. Apale.

Together, we continue to foster a safe, inclusive, and informed academic community.

Effective March 23, 2026, Talibon Polytechnic College will implement a four-day onsite work arrangement as part of its energy conservation efforts.

Please be guided by the following schedule:

Monday to Thursday – Entrance examination/admission test and regular office operations

Friday – Office closed (no transactions)

Saturday – Entrance examination/admission test only

Kindly plan your campus visits and transactions accordingly.

Starting March 23, 2026, Talibon Polytechnic College adopts a 4-Day Onsite Work Arrangement for energy conservation.
