How to prevent flat spots on your baby’s head❣️❣️

Tips to prevent flat spots on your baby's head:

👉 What is a Flat Head syndrome?
Flat head syndrome happens when one part of a baby’s skull becomes flattened from too much pressure in one spot. Here are some ways to prevent the flat spots.

👉 1. Tummy Time: Daily tummy time (even for a few minutes) relieves pressure on the back of the head and strengthens neck and shoulder muscles.

👉 2. Switch Head Position During Sleep: Alternate the direction your baby’s head faces each night—left one night, right the next—to avoid pressure building on one side.

👉 3. Limit Time in Car Seats & Swings: Avoid too much time in reclined gear—these put constant pressure on the back of the skull.

👉 4. Hold Your Baby More Often: Babywearing or simply holding your baby reduces time spent lying flat—and gives more bonding time too!

👉 5. Change Crib & Play Area Orientation: Place toys or mobiles on different sides to encourage baby to turn their head both ways during play time.

👉 6. Watch for a Preference: If baby always looks one way or has trouble turning, it could be a sign of tight neck muscles (torticollis)—check with your pediatrician early.

👉 A little prevention goes a long way! Keep baby moving, switch positions often, and enjoy those snuggles—you’re helping their head grow strong and round

Mosquitoes thrive during rainy days because they rely on water for breeding. Carefully and regularly empty containers that can collect water and apply safe insect repellants when outdoor.

PS: Take extra careful with these diseases.
