The 4th Year 𝐁𝐀 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 students successfully conducted their 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 on March 3, 2026, at the University Gym. 🎓✨

Organized with the 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲, led by Dr. Robert S. Pardillo, Program Chairperson, with the presence of alumna Ellaine Arriola, former Guild President, and hosted by alumna Flora Sebomit, the event marked a proud milestone as our students take their step toward the professional world. 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

Surrounded by 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲, 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬, and 𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬, they celebrated their achievements and the guidance of those who inspired them along the way. ❤️📚

The ceremony marked an important milestone in the students’ academic journey, symbolizing their 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, and 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 as they take their step toward the professional world. Surrounded by faculty members, families, and peers, the students celebrated not only their achievements but also the guidance and inspiration from alumni who once stood where they are today.🍀✨

💡✨ 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀!

Last February 27, the University Gymnasium came alive as students from 𝘾𝙊𝙀𝙙, 𝘾𝘼𝙎, 𝘾𝙄𝙏, and 𝘾𝘽𝙈𝘼 competed in the "𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧: 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐳 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐥 2026." The event tested not only their knowledge but also their ability to think critically about pressing social issues.

After a tense and exciting competition, 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐐. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐉𝐫. (BTLED IA–3A) and 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐈𝐚𝐧 𝐂. 𝐆𝐨𝐧𝐳𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 (BTLED HE–1A) of COEd emerged as champions. Their success was credited to supporting each other throughout the rounds, proving that collaboration is just as important as knowledge. 🏆👏

CAS Team 1, composed of 𝐉𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧 and 𝐉𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚, proudly took first runner-up, while CBMA’s 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐳𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐨 and 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐩𝐚𝐭 claimed second runner-up. Each team showcased impressive preparation and insight, making the competition not just a contest but a learning experience for all participants.

Organized by the 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 in collaboration with the 𝐂𝐇𝐌𝐒𝐔 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐂𝐇𝐌𝐒𝐔 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞, and 𝐂𝐈𝐄𝐑, the quiz bowl emphasized the importance of 𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 and 𝒄𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒄 𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕. Events like this remind us that student participation can spark meaningful awareness and action in our communities. 🌍📚

✨ Before we end this month, let's look back on the day when we created memories. The 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 successfully conducted its 2𝒏𝒅 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒚 last February 20, 2026 (Friday) at the University Gymnasium, together with our 𝐁𝐀 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 students from 1st year to 4th year and our Guild Adviser, Dr. May C. Peracullo.💌💞

This meaningful gathering strengthened our 𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 and reinforced our 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 as one 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝. 🤝💚

📊 The program featured the 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, and an 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦, promoting transparency, accountability, and active participation among members. The reports highlighted the Guild’s initiatives, financial status, and overall progress, while the open discussion provided a platform for students to raise concerns and share suggestions for future activities.

💬✨ Through collaboration and engagement, the assembly reaffirmed our commitment to leadership, academic excellence, and student empowerment.

💚 Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the success of our 2nd General Assembly! 𝗦𝗢𝗔𝗥 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛 𝗦𝗢𝗞𝗦𝗔𝗬 🙌📚

𝗘𝗗𝗦𝗔 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 🇵🇭✨

Today, we remember the courage of millions of Filipinos who stood together along 𝘌𝘱𝘪𝘧𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘰 𝘥𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘴 𝘚𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘰𝘴 𝘈𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘦 during the historic 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 . In 1986, ordinary citizens chose unity, peace, and democracy over fear and oppression.🫂

A highlight for our Social Science Guild! 🌟

3rd and 4th-year students actively joined discussions on the proposed “Kontra Dinastiya” Bill during yesterday's Anti-Political Dynasty Open Forum, Public Hearing, and Consultation by the Senate Committee on Electoral Reforms at CHMSU Alijis Campus.

Students and diverse sectors voiced insightful questions and inputs. Senator Risa Hontiveros, Deputy Majority Leader, led the Bacolod session, drawing hundreds from across Negros Occidental.

Together, we're pushing for real electoral change!
