Tandag City Nutrition Office will be having an online Healthy LifeStyle Video Contest during our Modified Community Quarantine.

Tandag City Residents only can participate the said contest.

Guidelines:

1. Participant will make a video about their activity daily living that boost our Immune System and/or promote Healthy Lifestyle activity that help to prevent COVID 19;

2. Video will be limited for 2-10 minutes only;

3. Participants will post the video in their Facebook account with the hashtag and tag the Tandag City Nutrition Office official page ;

4. The winning entries will be draw on April 13, 2020 (Monday) via Live Video;

5. Most LIKES video will get a special award from Tandag City Nutrition Office;

6. Winner(s) will get a Token from City Nutrition Office;

7. Last post of entries will be within our Modified Community Quarantine period on April 10, 2020 (Friday) at 12:00 noon.
