In this Yogilates session, we focused on deep core activation and strong, steady arms using the Pilates ring.

Every squeeze invited more awareness, control, and connection to the center of the body. We strengthened with intention, supported healthy posture, and built stability from within.

I was deeply honored to be invited to conduct a wellness class at Saint Theresa College.

Sharing yoga and holistic wellness with students under the Medical and Wellness Tourism subject was such a meaningful experience. It’s always inspiring to see future professionals embracing the importance of mind-body health in the wellness industry.

My heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Chelle Serra for this beautiful initiative and for creating space for experiential learning. Your dedication to integrating wellness into education is truly admirable.
