I actually grew up watching my mom order green salads every time we dined out, and that really shaped how I see food today.

Children learn by example when healthy choices are consistently modeled, they naturally grow up appreciating and choosing nourishing food too.

A few of you have been asking what my weekday meals look like as a Dietitian, so hereโ€™s a peek! This is one of my meals from The Green Chef Plant-Based Restaurant Dumaguete.

A lot of people also ask why my skin looks different or glowing. Honestly, itโ€™s all about what I eat. I have 3 meals and 2 snacks a day (sometimes 6 or 7 meals ๐Ÿค), keeping my weight steady, feeling energized and supporting my skin health (all without aesthetic or skincare products)

I do take vitamin supplements sometimes on days I might miss certain nutrients, but mostly itโ€™s just whole, healthy foods doing their thing.

Key lesson: you can feel better in your own skin without depriving yourself or spending a fortune. And always trust your nutrition guidance to licensed dietitians, they know how to make healthy eating realistic.
