Mag Detox hangat walang symptomas!!!

Kung ayaw mong umupo nang apat na oras, tatlong beses kada linggo, at matusok ng dalawang malalaking karayom para maikabit ka sa dialysis machine na โ€˜yan, huwag kang matigas ang ulo! Puno na ang mga dialysis center ngayon โ€” halos wala ka nang makuhang slot kapag dumating ka sa puntong kailangan mo na nito. Kapag nandiyan ka na, hindi ka na welcome dahil punuan na, kaya huwag mo nang antayin umabot pa sa ganyan.

Alagaan mo ang sarili mo habang maaga pa. Mahirap magkasakit. Magastos magkasakit. Kung tamad kang uminom ng tubig ngayon, baguhin mo na โ€˜yan! Sulitin mong uminom habang wala ka pang limit dahil kapag nagka-CKD (chronic kidney disease) ka na, sobrang limitado na lang ng tubig na puwede mong inumin bawat araw.

Tigilan mo na ang pag-inom ng soda, lalo na kung paborito mo ang coke at iba pang matatamis at makukulay na inumin. Itigil mo na rin ang alak at bawasan ang pagkain ng mga processed food gaya ng instant noodles, pagkain na puno ng preservatives, ketchup, pati ang paborito mong french fries. Hindi bawal kumain paminsan-minsan pero huwag gawing araw-araw.

Kung naresetahan ka ng doctor ng maintenance na gamot para sa high blood, huwag mo itong itigil kung hindi sinasabi ng doctor. Mali ang paniniwala na sisirain nito ang kidney mo. Ang totoo, kapag mabilis ang daloy ng dugo at hindi mo iniinom ang maintenance para bumaba ang blood pressure, doon nasisira ang kidney mo dahil napupuwersa ito.

Kung mahal mo ang pamilya mo at gusto mong humaba ang buhay mo kasama sila, alagaan mo ang katawan mo. Love your kidney, love your body. Prevention is always better than cure.
