Alin ba ang mas maganda ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate?
Ang ascorbic acid po ay mas mura, subalit nagdudulot ng paghapdi ng tiyan. Ang sodium ascorbate naman ay hindi acidic subalit dapat alalayan ang mga may high blood dahil sa soium content nito.
