Happy lang to share my pcos journey ends today..
When i started working 12hrs in the hospital i experienced irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea until umabot ako ng 7 mos w/o flow so akala ko ok lan kc stressfull nmn tlga ang duty.paiba-iba ang sleep patern at pti ang oras ng kain. so nun mga buwan walang regla instead mg wori ikinatuwa ko pa kc no dysmenorrhea no discomforts so mas effective ang performance sa trabaho not until 2016 i quit job and got married dun na ngstart i was diagnosed with pcos both ovaries since were planing n working havin a baby i started visiting an ob-gyne to correct nga ang pcos ko but havin pcos is a hard journey lahat ng discomforts taking medications, bumababa ung self esteem mo,self confidence,ngkaka pimples,nangitim and i lose kilos of weight then na depressed na ako and suffered self pity.. I quit going to clinic i quit takin my prescribed med and i lost hope..not until naging maingay sa social media ang FERN D,MILKCA AND FERN ACTIVE then sabi ko i try ko kaya since sabi sa mga ads na best for pcos daw..so un i started taking march 1,2019 pure fern d lan muna kc hnd avail ang milkca n fern active this april nmn i decided mgpa member nalan sa ifern so nun dumating ang package i started to take milkca n active everyday trio cla until this 25th of april ngpa ultrasound ako for this year update and to my surprise NORMAL uterus,OVARIES and adnexa ang resulta..Thank you papa God answered prayer po..sana next baby na hehe☺☺
I also thank my family who comforted me all througout this process...
