• Stay hydrated 💧
• Don’t skip your maintenance meds, lalo na sa may hypertension at cholesterol ✔️
• Make sure may stocks ng salbutamol (nebule, tablet, or syrup) for asthma patients 💨
• Iwasan ang bilad sa araw, lalo na tanghali 🌡️
• Always bring payong or protection 🧴
• magpa BP daily, for BP monitoring, for FREE
• And huwag pong mahiyang magtanong sa gamot na inyong iiinumin.
