I still remember the joy and excitement on your face when you first found out you were pregnant. Bringing your first child into the world at 39 is an incredible milestone, and doing so while managing gestational hypertension and overt diabetes mellitus is nothing short of inspiring. You were compliant with all your check-ups, always proactive and focused on doing what was best for you and your baby. That dedication played a huge role in this successful healthy delivery.
