Talon General Hospital, in cooperation with the Philippine Red Cross, invites you to join the blood donation drive on March 17 (Tuesday).
Please take note of the 𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 below:

• Must be feeling well and willing to undergo a physical exam
• 18 to 65 years old
• At least 50 kgs (110 lbs) in weight
• No alcohol intake 24 hours before donation
• No smoking 2 hours before donation
• No new tattoo 1 year before donation
• Females can donate 1 week before or after their menstrual period
