It’s been one month since I started my Hip & Knee Reconstruction Fellowship at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. I’ve been learning from world-class mentors, refining my surgical skills, and gaining new OR insights. I hope to bring all these knowledge and skills back home to provide the best quality orthopaedic health care to our fellow Capaseños.

Positive developments ahead for Capas and the rest of Tarlac. The planned Mega Health Center in New Clark City marks a significant move toward improving access to quality medical services in the province.

BCDA and the Municipality of Capas, Tarlac LGU are teaming up to build a mega health center in New Clark City — a one-hectare facility funded by Department of Health (Philippines) (DOH) and constructed by Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), with operations to be handled by the local government. This project aims to bring quality medical services closer to more communities in Tarlac.
