1, 2, or 4 shots a day? 💉🤔
Today, we’re looking at how often you really need to inject insulin. It actually depends on your diagnosis:
Type 1 Diabetes: Since the body has no insulin, daily injections are required—often up to 4 times a day (baseline + before meals).
Type 2 Diabetes: Many only need it once a day, but if the condition is more severe, it could be more.
