NABATYAGAN NIYO ANG LINOG? 🚨

Our Philippine Red Cross Negros Occidental-Bacolod City Chapter reminds everyone of the essential steps to follow AFTER an earthquake:

👉 Stay calm and always be prepared for aftershocks.
👉 Do not enter damaged buildings and structures.
👉 Check your surroundings for hazards and damages.
👉 Look out for injuries—give first aid if needed and seek medical attention when necessary.
👉 Keep listening for official updates and advisories.

Preparedness and presence of mind can save lives. Always remember: safety first for you, your family, and your community.

Let’s continue to be ready and resilient at all times. ❤️

What an unforgettable and impactful day the CPR Caravan had at Victoria National High School! We successfully trained the bright and enthusiastic students from Grade 7 all the way to Grade 10 in essential Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills. Seeing these young individuals grasp the gravity and simplicity of this life-saving technique was truly inspiring.

This training is more than just a skill; it’s about confidence, readiness, and community safety. Every student who participated is now a crucial link in the chain of survival. They learned how to recognize an emergency, call for help, and perform chest compressions that can make the difference between life and death. We are incredibly proud of their focus and dedication!

🙏 A Special Note of Gratitude to the VNHS Staff 🙏
We want to extend our deepest, most sincere THANK YOU to the entire Victoria National High School staff—from the administrators and teachers to the support personnel. Your commitment to hosting the CPR Caravan was truly exemplary.

Your seamless coordination, warm welcome, and active involvement ensured that hundreds of students received this vital training efficiently and effectively. Your partnership is invaluable, and it speaks volumes about VNHS's dedication to the holistic well-being and future readiness of your students. Maraming salamat po! 👏
