🌿 Promoting Health in the Workplace! 🩺

On November 12, our Medical Director and PCOM Tarlac Chapter Vice President, Dr. Raymond Talon, conducted a "Mental Health in the Workplace" Seminar for the staff members of Tarlac State University, organized by the PCOM Tarlac Chapter and in collaboration with TSU Medical Director, Dr. Rommel Hernandez.

The seminar focused on declining mental health symptoms and what you can do to prevent mental breakdowns. It also reminded the audience that it's not just about checking in on yourself; it’s equally important to check in on others, too, and that a simple act of kindness can go a long way in supporting your colleague's mental well-being.
