Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) for 2025 APPLICATION is NOW OPEN!!!
SCHEDULE OF APPLICATION
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Ground Floor, PESO, New City Hall Brgy. Baguio, City of Tayabas
(Applicants must report personally on the scheduled dates)
February 17-21, 2025 - College Students
February 24-28, 2025 - Senior Highschool Grade 12 Only
QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️Must be a resident of Tayabas City.
✔️ Must be a Senior high school Grade 12 Only or college student or an out-of-school youth who is planning to enroll in the upcoming school year
✔️Preferably with no grades below 85% for senior high school.
✔️Preferably with no grades below 2.25 for college students.
❌Must not be a beneficiary of Dagdag Baon Program/ scholarship for 2025
❌Must not be a beneficiary of CCT Scholarship
❌Must not be a SK elected or appointed official
Please submit the following requirements:
1. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
2. Report of grades for1st Semester of SY 2024-2025
3. For College Students Certified copy of Certificate of Registration from the School
4. Certificate of Indigency from Barangay (in the name of the applicant) OR BIR Form 2316 OR 2024 ITR of parents.
5. For out-of-school youth – Certification from the barangay and CSWD.
6. Passport Size Picture
REMINDER: Please bring your own ballpen and proper attire don't wear shorts and slipper.
NOTE: Please be informed that as a qualification for the Special Program for the Employment of Students, parents combined income must not exceed P167,568.00 as per the Annual Poverty Threshold for Region IV-A.
NOTE: If parent/s of SPES applicants have work, you must submit a copy of 2024 Income Tax Return instead of Certificate of Indigency
