SERVICE CREW - Mister Donut
Duties and Responsibilities:
✔ Warmly greet and welcome customers to the establishment.
✔ Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and accurately take customer orders.
✔ Promptly and courteously serve food and beverages to customers.
✔ Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and complaints, and handle customer needs professionally.
✔ Process customer payments, handle cash and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
✔ Assist with restocking supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments, to ensure they are always sufficient.
✔ Food preparation such as cooking, garnishing, and packaging food items.
✔ Keep the work area, kitchen, and dining space neat and organized.
✔ Perform other related task.
Qualifications:
✔ High School diploma with relevant experience
✔ Further training may be required.
✔ Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
✔ Strong communication skills.
✔ Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods.
✔ Ability to work irregular hours (day and night shifts).
✔ Must be hardworking, trustworthy and able to work well with others.
