It is a facility with 48-bed capacity and provides quality medical services augmented by physicians of various specializations, registered nurses, medical technologists, radiology staff, pharmacists, nursing aides and other paramedical personnel. An environment-friendly hospital, it is the first health-care facility in Eastern Pangasinan to utilize solar power to generate some of its electrical and water requirements. The hospital building, which has a floor area of 4500 sq. meters, is erected amidst lush greeneries of trees, rice fields, and landscaped gardens. Being an energy saving health care facility, it was designed to adopt passive cooling allowing natural ventilation to set in. In a sysmic analysis of its structural design, the building can withstand a 7.8-8.0 magnitude earthquake. It is also equipped with an STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), capable of treating waste water prior to its disposal. The following services are currently being offered: Intensive Care Unit, Operating Room Complex, Newborn Intensive Care Unit, High Risk Pregnancy Unit, Respiratory Unit, Oncology Unit, Dialysis Center, Out Patient Department (Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ear Nose and Throat, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Dentistry, Dermatology), Tertiary Laboratory (Routine and Special Tests, Blood Station, Sputum Microscopy, Newborn Screening, HIV Testing Laboratory), Nursing Service, Pharmacy, Level 2 IMAGING FACILITY (X-Ray, 2D-Echo, 16 slices CT-Scan, Ultrasound), Dietary Department, TB-DOTS, and others like Diabetes Clinic, Nutrition Center, Smoking Cessation Clinic, Thyroid Center, Heart and Lung Center, and Stroke Clinic. The hospital is under the management of Rev. Ubaldo and Dr. Joy Reotutar-Ubaldo, being the Administrator and Medical Director, respectively. The hospital, which operates on a 24-hour service, purchased its own generator set having a 125 KVA capacity in order not to disturb any hospital activity. An ambulance service is also available to all in-patients and other patients that needed the service. The hospital has gained the trust and confidence of the townspeople as well as the nearby towns’ constituent, thus a larger number of patients continually come and visit the hospital for medical service, diagnosis, and treatment and/or management.
