To all the patients under my service please take note of the following:

1. My schedule at ERS Maternity and Pediatric Care Clinic is every Mon-Tues-Fri-Sat 10-12. Regular clinic schedule will resume until further notice.

2. Limited patients will be attended per day and no appointment no check up policy will be implemented.
Well babies 10-11am
Sick babies 1130-12nn

2. All patients for vaccination/consultation are strictly by appointment to limit exposure

3. Only one accompanying person will be allowed to enter the clinic premises

4. No mask, no face shield NO ENTRY

5. Do not use face shield for babies
