😭💚 HARDWORK PAYS OFF!
BARANGAY STA. CRUZ – THE LAST ZOD BARANGAY, BUT ONE OF THE STRONGEST!
The Municipal Health Officer proudly congratulates Barangay Sta. Cruz for being the last and final barangay declared as ZOD today November 26, 2025 , completing the 9/9 target of Tubajon Municipality. Ulahi sa listahan, pero wala gyud ni atras—wala ni surrender. Instead, they finished with strength, unity, and heart.
Sa liderato ni Kapitan Genghiz Khan Vargas , kauban si Kagawad on Health KL Kate (Kath Luib) ug ang barangay officials, gipakita ang tinuod nga teamwork, pagtinabangay. Ilang suporta naghatag og kusog sa tanan nga ni sakripisyo para sa barangay.
The Municipal Health Office also expresses deep gratitude to SINGLE DROP (UNICEF) — ang NGO nga naghatag og suporta ug materyales nga dako kaayo og tabang sa pag-abot sa kalampusan karon. Their contribution showed that help can come from many places, and united efforts truly create change.
Dili mabayran ang kahago og sakripisyo sa atoang mga Barangay Health Workers headed by NDP Ma’am Marigold Besario . Bisan kapoy, bisan ulan ug init, wala gyud mo undang. Daghang hagit pero wala mo biya. Your dedication kept the vision alive and turned the goal into reality.
During the clean-up drive, klaro kaayo ang bayanihan spirit sa inying barangay . Mga 4Ps members, teachers and learners sa Sta. Cruz Elementary School, our SB on Health Evangeline Estoque Ladaga ug ang mga lumulupyo sa barangay—ni-tabang dili tungod gisugo, pero para sa kaayohan sa tanan . Mao ni ang klase sa kooperasyon nga dili masukod sa papel, pero makita sa kasingkasing.
We also give high recognition to RSI, Ma’am Jessica Paz Tidalgo whose guidance and effort helped lead Barangay Sta. Cruz toward this success. Her determination became an inspiration to many, and her leadership brought hope and direction in crucial moments.
This victory is ours, but this is only the beginning. 💚
