This National Womenโs Month, we honor Filipino women and their vital role in shaping healthier families and stronger communities. Guided by this yearโs theme, โ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ ๐๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ญ๐ฒ,โ we recognize that equality is a shared responsibility โ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ท๐ฆ๐ณ๐บ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆ working together toward empowerment and mutual respect.
Inspired by the ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ฌ, our pre-colonial women leaders known for wisdom, empathy, and care, we celebrate leadership rooted in nurturing and collective well-being. This spirit is reflected in the ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐,๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐, where mothers, caregivers, families, and communities play a crucial role in raising healthy, resilient, and future-ready children.
True empowerment happens when support comes from everyone โ families, workplaces, communities, and institutions โ creating environments where women and children can thrive.
โจ Let us lead with the Babaylan way of care โ empathy, inclusion, and shared responsibility
