The body remembers in quieter ways โ
in the feet on soil,
in the breath by the water,
in the stillness under trees.
It asks us to slow,
to notice whatโs here,
to set things down.
Some of it
can return to the earth.
What remains is simple,
steady,
enough.
A way of being still intact,
quiet,
unrushed,
whole.
Even as life spins around us,
we can stop long enough

to remember,
and return.
