*What is Lipid Profile?*

Start *Walking*!

With every step *HDL* will increase, and miscreants like *Cholesterol, Triglyceride* and *LDL* will decrease.

Your body (town) will come alive again.

Your heart – the city center – will be protected from the blockage *(heart block)* of miscreants.

And when the heart is healthy, you will also be healthy.

So whenever you get a chance – start walking!

1. 20 yrs old above and he/she is a member-MDR (if you don't have any just visit our clinic and we will be glad to provide it for you)
2. 20 yrs old below-PIN of the parent whose child is a beneficiary (if you don't have any just visit our clinic and we will be glad to provide it for you)
3. 20 years old above and he/ she is NOT a member- need to secure membership at nearest Philhealth office and secure your MDR.
