Mahalaga ang sapat na tulog, balanced diet, stress management at regular exercise.
Napakagastos at stressful magkasakit. Di ka rin makatrabaho.

3. May Cardiovascular Disease (Stroke, heart failure, o atake sa puso).

The Philippine Statistics Authority reports the top causes of death in the country for January to April 2025 (Provisional as of 30 September 2025). Leading the list were:
