Our BUPHARCO Youth Savers (BYS) Officers proudly joined the LeaderShape Capacity Building and Collaborative Leadership Program, conducted by the Valencia City Youth Development Office, a transformative experience designed to sharpen leadership skills, strengthen teamwork, and build confidence in creating positive change.

This activity gave our young leaders the opportunity to discover their leadership strengths, learn the value of collaboration, build their voice as future community leaders, and expand their vision for meaningful impact. Last November 15, 2025, our Financial Literacy Workshop gathered passionate young learners eager to take charge of their financial future. From mastering the basics of saving to developing healthy money habits, each session inspired confidence, discipline, and smarter financial choices.
