Patuloy pong pinaaalalahanan ang bawat Valenzuelano na magsuot ng face mask kasunod ng patuloy na masamang epekto ng sunog sa Navotas landfill na nagdudulot ng usok sa ilang parte ng ating lungsod.

🔴 Para sa kaligtasan ng lahat, mahigpit na ipinapayo ang sumusunod:

• Laging magsuot ng face mask (mas mainam kung N95 o katumbas)
• Manatili sa loob ng bahay hangga’t maaari
• Isara ang mga bintana at pintuan upang maiwasan ang pagpasok ng usok
• Iwasan ang outdoor activities tulad ng ehersisyo o pagtitipon
• Uminom ng maraming tubig upang maiwasan ang dehydration
• Gumamit ng air purifier o electric fan na may filter kung mayroon

Tonight, we light up in RED—symbolizing hope, awareness, and our collective fight against TB. Let's amplify the voices of TB survivors—stories that remind us that TB is preventable, treatable, and curable.

Together with our health workers, barangay volunteers, and TB advocates, we take part in a nationwide call to action—lighting our homes, devices, and communities in red.

Magkaisa tayo. Magpatingin. Magpagamot. Mag-TPTodo. Because YES! Pilipinas CAN End TB!

Sa pakikipagtulungan po sa Philippine Band of Mercy, tayo po ay magkakaroon ng medical project sa darating na March 19, 8am to 12nn sa Dalandanan Events Place Hall 2 para sa mga FREE SCREENING para sa mga patients na;

1. Cleft lip and palate
2. Clubfoot
3. Hernia
4. Hemorrhoid
5. Fistula, colonoscopy endoscopy
6. Mass (mga bukol)

Maari daw po kayo makipag ugnayan sa ating designated brgy health centers para po sa pre- registration bago po mag March 19 para makapagpalista po.

Inaasahan po namin ang inyong pag tugon at mga patients referrals po.

Hinihikayat ang lahat na makiisa sa gaganaping simultaneous Zumba Activity. Kaya wag niyong papalagpasin at makijoin na. Maging aktibo at mag-ehersisyo para sa healthy na puso!

Promoting health and wellness! 💙

Free Bone Scanning and Spirometer Testing successfully conducted at Brgy. Pasolo on February 3, 2026.

This activity was made possible through the leadership of Brgy. Captain Ramon Mercado and Kagawad for Health Juanito Concepcion, in partnership with the 11th Civil-Military Operations Battalion (11CMOBn), Philippine Army, who generously shared their time by providing “Libreng gupit” and assisting residents throughout the activity.
