Please be advised that details shown at the attached Medical Certificate are completely false and fabricated. We want to make it clear that this certificate is NOT LEGITIMATE and was not issued by any physician of M.A Medical Clinic & Laboratory.

We emphasize that M.A Medical Clinic & Laboratory ONLY OFFERS FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATIONS. We do not issue medical certificates electronically or online. Any claim of receiving a Medical Certificate from us without paying a personal visit to the facility is NOT LEGIT.

To ensure the document you have is valid, please note that legitimate medical certificates from our clinic:
