Bilang pagsunod sa latest advisory ng Philhealth, narito po ang step by step na proseso para makapag-register sa YAKAP under sa aming clinic upang maka-avail ng mga benepisyo tulad ng unlimited free consultation, selected laboratory tests at 20k worth of GAMOT per year.

Lahat po ng members at dependents (newborns hanggang 20 yo) ay welcome to register. 😊

Once registered na kayo sa eGov app or sa Philhealth Member Portal ay maaari na kayong pumunta sa aming clinic para sa inyong FPE (First Patient Encounter) at iba pang mga requirements. Huwag kalimutang madala ng National ID at Philhealth ID or MDR.

We regret to inform you that our physician's Philhealth GAMOT app is under maintenance. Hindi pa po kami makapag-generate ng UPSC simula kahapon (Feb 3,2026). We have reported this to Philhealth and they are doing their best to address this issue.

Samantala, ang mga patients na may active UPSC prescriptions ay mabibigyan namin ng gamot na available sa aming botika.
